Xavier McMahon is a special counsel in the Environment and Planning group. Xavier has significant experience advising a range of public and private sector clients on all aspects of planning and environmental law.
His experience includes providing advice on environmental and planning approvals processes for major infrastructure, mining and petroleum projects, the operation of the Commonwealth and Queensland environmental legal regimes, and acting in planning appeals.
