Jardine Matheson: Acting in its divestment of its leasehold and freehold interests in a restaurant chain in Australia involving over 100 properties.
Seven Network: Acting in complex lease negotiations at one of its high technology broadcast developments.
ACI Operations Pty Ltd: Acting on the divestment of its plastics division to Visy. This involved supervising the property due diligence, and preparing and negotiating contracts of sale and lease assignments as well as advising on the property aspects of the business sale agreement.
Mayne: Advising on the property aspects of its recent divestment of its hospital division to Affinity Health, including drafting and negotiating complex completion documentation.
