Corporate insureds (commercial): Has acted for a wide range of major corporations on insurance and risk issues including insurance and indemnity clauses in contracts, insurance due diligence, policy placement and interpretation, indemnity, director and officer and disputed insurance claims.
Large financial institution (dispute resolution): Advising the wealth management arm of a large bank on a claim to recover in excess of $20m from its professional indemnity insurers. The insurance issues involved are many and varied, including the reasonableness of settlements effective with 200 claimants against financial planners.

Policy drafting (commercial) : Performed policy drafting work for many of Australia's major insurers, coverholders and overseas underwriters.
Solvent Schemes: Peter acted on the first approved solvent schemes in Australia involving Australian liabilities and the only one to have obtained approval in Australia.
Assetinsure (dispute resolution): Acted for Assetinsure in relation to the high-profile New Cap Re test case litigation.
