Background
Practising in the commercial property area, Mark Mackay has extensive experience in a range of property-related work, including asset disposal programs, property workouts, titling (including community titling), easements, covenants registered on title, joint venture projects, resort projects, property projects, leasing and agreements for lease, and property developments.
With over 20 years' experience, Mark is particularly skilled in negotiating, drafting and implementing property projects, and advising on acquisitions, disposals and leasing projects. He is our Brisbane expert on land tenure, land titling and the freehold land register maintained by the Registrar of Titles, Queensland.
