Background
Stuart MacGregor is a partner in the Energy and Resources group with experience in corporate and commercial law, and a focus on mergers and acquisitions and project development.
Stuart has particular experience in developing commercial solutions for energy and resources clients in relation to infrastructure projects, including negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, long-term commodity agreements, commodity handling agreements and shipping agreements associated with major infrastructure projects.
Stuart also has experience in advising clients on trade practices issues associated with mergers and acquisitions, access to infrastructure and long-term supply contracts.
