Northern Link (A$2 billion): Advising Brisbane City Council on this tollway project which will be a tunnel linking Toowong to the Inner City Bypass. The project is currently being procured as a Public Private Partnership (PPP).
Airport Link and Northern Busway (Windsor to Kedron) Projects (A$4.8 billion): Advising the Queensland Government with respect to the joint procurement of the Airport Link project ( to be delivered as a PPP) and the Northern Busway (Windsor to Kedron) and the Airport Roundabout Upgrade projects (both delivered as D&C contracts).
North-South Bypass Tunnel Project, Queensland (A$2 billion): Advising the Brisbane City Council on this 5 km toll road tunnel which will be delivered as a PPP, including drafting the Concession Deed and the suite of other project documents.
Corporate finance: Advising a number of the firm's key corporate clients, including Origin, CS Energy, Hastings Deering, Billabong, Felix Resources, Sentient Australia, QCoal and Magellan Metals, on a broad range of finance and credit support arrangements.
Acquisition finance: Advising a listed Australian entity in relation to its A$180 million syndicated finance facility to be used, among other things, for the acquisition of a US business and advising a US company with respect to the Australian aspects of its US$2.9 billion financing arrangements to assist with the acquisition of a world-wide group of companies.
