Background
Bill Lane is the Clayton Utz Professor of Public Law at the Queensland University of Technology Law School. One of Australia's leading experts in public law, Bill's published works include Lane & Young, "Administrative Law in Australia" (2007, Lawbook Co.) and Lane & Young, "Administrative Law in Queensland" (2001, Lawbook Co.) Bill is also the editor of "Queensland Administrative Law" (Lawbook Co.) and editor of the "Queensland Administrative Reports" (Lawbook Co.).
Bill has a particular interest in administrative law, including judicial review, freedom of information and the application of public law remedies in the field of commercial government activity.
