Tony Lalor is a Partner within our corporate advisory group. Tony practises in corporate law with a particular interest in equity capital market transactions and mergers and acquisitions. His other principal areas of expertise are joint ventures, corporate restructuring, company incentive plans, equity hybrids, general contract negotiation and Corporations Law and ASX Listing Rules advice. His commercial approach and legal nous have been demonstrated in his role in a wide variety of major corporate matters.
In addition to his broad legal experience, Tony spent two years as an associate director at Wilson HTM Corporate Finance Ltd where he gained valuable experience in commercial execution of ECM and M&A transactions.
