Background
Naomi Kelly is a Partner in our Construction & Major Projects Group who has over 15 years' experience as a specialist front-end construction and projects lawyer, acting for a wide range of clients across the construction, engineering, resource, energy, transport, and infrastructure industries.
Naomi's experience includes acting for government agencies, electricity transmission businesses, developers and contractors in a wide variety of projects and contract delivery methods, including construction, design and construction, fit-out and remediation projects, maintenance projects, project and construction management agreements, strategic and project alliances, large-scale property developments, road and infrastructure developments, PPPs and joint ventures.
While her role on these projects has been varied, it has included advising as to appropriate contract delivery methods and risk allocation, tendering issues, the application of procurement policy, industry briefings, contract drafting and negotiation, as well as contract administration issues.
