
Peter Keel is a commercial litigator with over 25 years' experience. He specialises in dispute resolution, with a particular focus on financial services and corporate disputes, most notably acting for Lehman Brothers in Australia's first case concerning collaterised debt obligations (CDOs).
He also has particular experience in fraud-related litigation, and has lectured on dealing with fraud and its effects on organisations and their directors.
Peter also advises on reputation management. He is the co-author of the corporate communications handbook Reputation Matters: A legal guide to risk management in corporate communications.
