  • Brookfield Multiplex – BHP Billiton Lease Perth: Julie acted for Brookfield Multiplex on the agreement for lease for BHP Billiton's new head office in Perth.
  • Macquarie Bank (Shelley Street Development): Julie acted for the bank on its construction agreement for lease and lease of its new purpose-built Sydney harbourside office building.
  • Woolworths: Julie advised Woolworths on the disposal and lease back of its nationwide distribution centre portfolio valued at $860m.
  • Premier's Department (BHP Newcastle Lands): Julie acted for the State Government on the acquisition of BHP's main steel site, Koorangang Island and Belmont Sands including decontamination and demolition issues.
  • Prince Henry Development: Julie acted for the Multiplex/St Lukes joint venture for the negotiation and documentation of the development arrangements with Landcom for this aged care facility at the Prince Henry site.
