Dean Jordan is a partner specialising in complex corporate and tax litigation and regulatory matters. He has a wealth of experience running major litigation in the State and Federal Courts, having been involved in many of Australia's leading tax litigation matters.
Dean possesses a comprehensive knowledge of corporate, regulatory and tax litigation strategy and procedure, as well as a thorough understanding of effective communication with the regulators.
Before rejoining the firm in 2002, Dean was Special Counsel at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, responsible for high-level advice and advocacy.
