Andrew Jinks joined Clayton Utz as a Partner in our Banking and Financial Services team on 1 August 2010.

Andrew is widely recognised as one of Australia's premier securitisation lawyers, with over 20 years' experience in legal practice.

Andrew specialises in international and domestic securitisation and capital markets transactions and has advised many of Australia's leading financial institutions on their securitisation programs.
