Owen has extensive experience in the structuring, tendering, documentation and contract administration of complex major projects involving multiple stakeholders. He adopts a proactive approach to transactions in which he is involved and adds value by quickly identifying the key risks and ensuring that the contractual structure and documentation addresses those risks in a clear and unequivocal manner which is commercially acceptable to all parties.
