Fred is the General Editor of the Insurance Law Journal published by Lexis Nexis and Former Chair of the Journal Advisory Council of the Australian Insurance Institute. He is also the Australian Reporter for the Center for International Legal Studies, and the author of the Chapter on Australia in Oceana Publications Inc's loose-leaf publication International Insurance Law and Regulation, as well as a number of other papers and articles on topics of insurance law and claims management.
