
Industrial relations: Preparing industrial relations strategies and the implementation of those strategies, advising clients in negotiating collective and individual industrial instruments, resolving industrial disputes.
Employee relations: Preparing employment contracts, preparing and reviewing workplace policies and procedures and advising on performance management, termination of employment and redundancy/restructure issues.
Equal opportunity: Advising on workplace EEO investigations, conducting EEO litigation and strategies for managing ill and injured employees.
OH&S: Advising on OH&S obligations (including at the Board level), assisting with investigations into workplace accidents and conducting OH&S litigation.
Executive remuneration: Preparing executive employment agreements, employee share option plans, short-term and long-term incentive arrangements and termination of employment of senior executives.
