Alastair acts for Commonwealth government departments, Commonwealth and State government statutory authorities, private sector landowners and property developers and listed property trusts on all aspects of the acquisition, development, leasing and disposal of industrial, commercial, retail, rural and residential property.
He has extensive experience in the negotiation of real estate contracts for sale, development and joint venture agreements, advising on the impact of both Commonwealth and State legislation, the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements for lease and leases for government and private sector clients (as lessor and lessee), licences and telecommunications facility agreements.
