Darren Fooks has over 20 years' experience in dealing with the full range of issues in the energy and resources industries.
Over this time, Darren has gained extensive experience in project development and the sale and purchase of mining, oil and gas, infrastructure and electricity projects in Australia, South East Asia and the South Pacific. Darren has advised clients operating in the coal, precious metal, base metal, gas and electricity industries on these issues, as well as on the development of joint venture and alternative structures for development of resources and infrastructure projects.
Darren has also gained experienced in Australian native title and cultural heritage law. His primary focus is on resolution of land access and other native title and cultural heritage issues.
