Arch Fletcher's specialist construction and major projects experience spans more than 24 years. He assists clients with the preparation, negotiation and review of a wide range of construction, engineering, procurement, maintenance, operation and consultancy agreements. These include performance and completion guarantees and related financing agreements for major engineering, infrastructure, energy and building projects.
Arch also advises on the preparation and evaluation of tenders, and various aspects of these projects, including risk assessment, risk allocation and contract selection and structuring.
Arch also handles construction and engineering claims and disputes through various means of dispute resolution.
