
David practises in the area of banking and major projects. Prior to David's term as CEP, he acted in various:
Banking matters: such as the project financing for the Bulong Nickel Project and the Docklands Stadium;
Major projects matters: such as the Basslink sub-sea electrical interconnector and the Tasmanian Natural Gas Project;
Restructuring and insolvency matters: such as acting for a syndicate of five banks in the sale of a 30% interest in 101 Collins Street, Melbourne, together with the subsequent sale of the underlying trust structure and associated tax losses.

Bidders on the project finance aspects of:
The Department of Defence on the financing aspects of the Phase 2 Single Leap Living Environment and Accommodation Precinct Project;
The Administrator of REDGroup on all ROT and other supplier related claims; and
Agrium Asia Pacific Ltd and its appointed receivers to Hi-Fert, an Australian distributor of fertiliser that is currently in receivership and administration.
