Karen Evans-Cullen is a partner in our Corporate Advisory/M&A Group. She has acted in some of Australia's most significant corporate transactions in recent years, including a range of takeovers, mergers, reconstructions, demergers and acquisitions, and divestments in the financial services, manufacturing, property, pharmaceutical, resources, health care and logistics sectors.
Karen's technical and project management skills, commercial acumen and experience in advising leading corporates and financial institutions have all contributed to her strong reputation. She is highly regarded by clients for her skill in co-ordinating and managing large cross-jurisdictional transactions.
