Michael Earwaker is a Partner in our Construction & Major Projects Group who specialises in advice on infrastructure and construction matters. His dual qualifications in engineering and law uniquely position him to provide advice on the inter-relationship between the technical and legal aspects of projects, in both a drafting and dispute resolution context.
Michael's legal experience encompasses acting for owners and contractors in disputes including building, infrastructure, civil and earthworks projects, chemical and mineral facilities, pipeline installations, roads and power generation facilities.
