Jamie is one of only a handful of specialists with this broad range of experience across all levels of government, giving him a wide perspective on public sector contracting practices and different approaches at each level of government. Jamie is also familiar with many of the emerging models of contracting for the public sector, including alliances, joint ventures, public private partnerships, shared services and off shoring arrangements.
