Water distribution assets: Advising the South East Queensland Local Councils on the transfer of their $10 billion worth of water distribution assets to a single, jointly owned distribution entity.
Water restructuring reforms: Advising the State Government, many of the new statutory authorities established by the State Government, and local governments in relation to the water restructuring reforms being undertaken in South East Queensland. This includes advising on aspects of the establishment of new market rules and legislative reforms for the SEQ water grid market and on projects associated with the construction of the pipeline infrastructure necessary to support the grid.
Carbon Offset Policy Advice: Advising the State Government on establishing and structuring various special purpose vehicles, including a special purpose vehicle to implement the State's carbon and environmental offset policy agenda.
Grant funding arrangements: Advising the Commonwealth and State governments on grant funding arrangements, including various options for protecting the Commonwealth and State interests in circumstances of grant recipient default and insolvency.
Defence Materiel Organisation: Assisted in advising the Defence Materiel Organisation on a number of significant strategic procurement projects, including advising on the tendering and contracting issues associated with these procurements.
