Amy Deeb practises in the Government Services group specialising in corporate law. Amy has particular experience in providing ongoing advice to, and divesting, government owned special purpose vehicles and incorporated joint ventures of government related entities.
Amy also has experience in advising on capital raisings, floats, corporate structuring and restructures, business acquisitions and divestments, venture capital arrangements, capital reconstructions, schemes of arrangement, share issues, due diligence, director duties, corporate governance and the provision of general corporate advice on a wide range of matters.
