Philip Dawson is an experienced construction lawyer and a key member of our Construction and Major Projects Group. His areas of special expertise are advising clients in construction, engineering, procurement and project management contracts and disputes in the rail, resource handling, process engineering, power generation and hospitality industries.
Philip has acted in Supreme Court and Federal Court actions, negotiation, mediation, conciliation, expert determination, adjudication and other dispute resolution alternatives. Philip's clients have come from all participants in the industry, in Australia and overseas.
