Background
Wendy Dawes is a member of our Real Estate group, with over 20 years' experience principally in the commercial property, business, and finance areas. She acts for public and private sector clients, including Commonwealth Government departments, statutory bodies, property developers and financiers. Wendy's commercial property experience includes acquisitions and disposals, leases and agreements for lease, and leasing disputes. She also advises clients on business sales and acquisitions, including negotiating and settling the terms of the facility and security documents.
