Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre: Lead adviser to the Plenary Health consortium appointed to design, build, operate and maintain this $1 billion plus integrated cancer treatment and research facility.
Victorian Desalination Plant: Lead adviser to the successful AquaSure consortium. Marcus continues to advise AquaSure on many aspects of the project through its construction phase.
Biosciences Victoria PPP Project: Acted for the joint venture between the State of Victoria and La Trobe University in the procurement phase of this PPP.
Barwon Water Biosolids Treatment Facility: Lead legal adviser to Plenary Group as sponsor/developer of this project advising on all legal aspects of the project.
Wind Farms: Has acted for sponsors and financiers in relation to various wind farm developments and their financing.
Debt Finance
Financial institutions: Marcus has acted for all four of Australia's major financial institutions. In addition he has advised many overseas financial institutions with dealings in Australia.
Australian corporate entities: Marcus has also advised many significant Australian corporate entities with respect to their debt funding requirements including the Tattersalls Group, Transpacific Industries, Macquarie, HFA Holdings and McConnell Dowell.
