Centennial Coal: Acted for Centennial in multiple mine subsidence proceedings in the NSW District Court.

Department of Defence:  Advised Defence in relation to the Commonwealth's rights:

• under its contract with Kaman International Aerospace Corporation to build and supply the Seasprite helicopters;
• to intellectual property in the Collins Class Submarines designed by the Swedish company, Kockums AB and acting for Defence in three significant pieces of litigation with Kockums.

Former Federal Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, Senator Helen Coonan: Representing Senator Coonan in her capacity as Ministers for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts and the Commonwealth in relation to the dispute with Telstra over the Broadband Connect Infrastructure program.

ING Australia and ING Life: Acted for ING in proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia involving allegations under Parts IVA and V of the Trade Practices Act 1974.

Kovko Coronial Inquiry: Acting for one of the soldiers who was in the barracks at the time of Private Jacob Kovko's death in Baghdad, Iraq in the coronial proceedings before the NSW State Coroner and jury.

Minova Australia (part of the Orica Group of companies): acted for Minova in misuse of confidential information, breach of fiduciary duties and breach of copyright proceedings in the Supreme Court of NSW.

Pacific National: Acted for Pacific National in Supreme Court of NSW proceedings relating to rail haulage contracts.
