He advises on the IP and IT aspects of mergers, acquisitions and IPOs. Scott also advises on all aspects of intellectual property law including IP management, licensing & commercialisation, trade marks and branding, trade secrets and confidential information.
Scott represents clients in the financial services sector and advises in relation to financial services regulation. He also advises in relation to regulatory enforcement, competition & trade practices matters.In the public sector, Scott has advised and represented Commonwealth departments and agencies, state agencies, state authorities and statutory corporations, port authorities and statutory marketing authorities.
