David Cowling practises in commercial litigation, specialising in all areas of insolvency, reconstruction and property enforcement, and has been retained in virtually every large insolvency administration in Australia in the past 20 years. His practice encompasses both corporate and personal insolvencies. David's expertise in asset recovery on behalf of insolvency administrators is widely acknowledged.
David's expertise is recognised on the international stage with high-profile appointments to INSOL International and to the Insolvency and Reconstruction Committee of the International Bar Association. David served as Technical Co-Chair for INSOL Shanghai 2008.
