Jacqueline has advised a range of blue-chip companies and listed trusts on strategic transactions including takeovers, schemes of arrangement, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and fundraising. She has significant experience structuring transactions for fund managers and real estate and infrastructure trusts, among others. Jacqueline also advises on general corporate law, the Corporations Act and the Listing Rules.
