Joe is a trusted adviser to many of Australia's largest private sector companies and government departments on all aspects of employment law and workplace relations. His wide-ranging experience includes developing strategic employment relations strategies, advising on industrial disputes, appearing in conciliation and arbitration hearings before State, Territory and Federal courts and advising on occupational health and safety issues as well as handling matters involving claims of employee fraud, discrimination, and senior executive remuneration and terminations.
