Matthew Castley is a Special Counsel practising in the commercial property area. He advises on matters including commercial acquisition and disposal programs, receiver sales, property related workouts, land titling, due diligence and leasing.
He has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing property related agreements such as contracts, easements, options, leases and licences.
Matthew has also conducted property due diligence investigations, including reviewing and reporting on due diligence material and easement tenure and infrastructure projects, and preparing due diligence material for sale processes.
