With over 10 years' experience providing native title, cultural heritage and Indigenous relationship management solutions, Graham Carter, Director of Land & Heritage Pty Ltd, brings a wealth of experience to government, government owned corporations and industry clients, with a proven ability to achieve sustainable and effective solutions to Indigenous land access issues. He has been in-house legal counsel and senior policy officer in the Victorian Government Department of Justice's Native Title Unit, and a former solicitor and adviser to native title representative bodies including FAIRA Aboriginal Corporation (South-East Queensland) and Mirimbiak Nations Aboriginal Corporation (Victoria) and the National Indigenous Working Groups on Native Title and Cultural Heritage (Canberra).
