Australian Government Agency: Successfully acted for two Ministers and an officer of an agency in discrimination proceedings commenced in the Federal Court at first instance and on appeal.

Australian Government Agency: Successfully acted for the Minister in Federal Court proceedings commenced pursuant to the ADJR Act seeking review of a substantial funding decision.   

Australian Government Agency: Successfully acted for the Secretary and the Minister in Federal Court proceedings commenced pursuant to the ADJR Act seeking a review of decisions pursuant to a statutory scheme administered by the Department. 

Australian Government Agency: Successfully acted for the Agency in Federal Court proceedings commenced to challenge some of the recommendations and findings set out in a report prepared pursuant to relevant regulations.

Australian Government Agency: With a team of Clayton Utz lawyers successfully acted for the Commonwealth in Federal Court proceedings alleging breach of confidential information and copyright.

Australian Government Agency: Supervising the conduct, by a team of junior lawyers, of the defence of a large number of merit review matters on behalf of the Agency.
