Simon Brady is a partner in our corporate advisory group. He has a wide range of corporate advisory and commercial experience including equity fundraising, documentation of commercial contracts and arrangements, negotiated mergers and acquisitions, trade sales, design and implementation of due diligence processes, corporate governance and restructurings.
He also has expertise in advising government and government agencies on legislative drafting, restructuring, regulatory and governance issues.
He has particular expertise in developing and drafting complex regulatory and legislative instruments and acting for clients operating in sensitive regulated industries. He has considerable experience in the transport and logistics sector, having worked on major projects, start-ups and commercial contracting arrangements in the rail, road, aviation, airports and port sectors.
