Background
Stephen Boyle practises in all areas of construction law. He specialises in front-end engineering and construction work, with a particular emphasis on major infrastructure, mining and processing projects. He acts for owners, financiers and contractors in drafting, negotiating and settling contract and project structuring and documentation.
Stephen has also acted in court proceedings and international arbitrations for clients in disputes in relation to contract mining, construction of nickel processing plants, oil and gas facilities and major commercial building and infrastructure projects.
