Termination of employment: Providing strategic advice and representation on all aspects of termination of employment including providing training courses for managers and supervisors and advocacy before Industrial Tribunals and courts.
Industrial relations strategy and disputation: Extensive experience in providing strategic advice; dealing with unions and employees in significant change management processes; managing disputes and advising and appearing as an advocate during dispute processes.
