Jonathan Algar is a partner in our Mergers & Acquisitions group. He has broad experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule compliance, and foreign investment. Jonathan has advised on some of Australia's most significant corporate transactions involving takeovers, mergers, demergers, reorganisations, acquisitions and divestments across a range of industry sectors.
Before joining Clayton Utz, Jonathan worked in the mergers & acquisitions group of a top-tier UK law firm in each of its London, Hong Kong and Singapore offices.
