The Pacific Rim Advisory Council (PRAC) is a strategic alliance of more than 30 major independent law firms that do substantial business in the Pacific Rim region.

PRAC enables members to provide their clients with efficient, cost-effective legal services throughout the region. PRAC members can refer clients to PRAC members in other jurisdictions – with confidence that they will receive prompt attention and quality work.

PRAC is not a partnership or a joint venture, and each of the PRAC firms maintains independence and responsibility for services provided to its clients, or clients referred to it.

Close personal ties exist amongst Senior Partners of PRAC Member Firms, facilitated by regular meetings and public seminars – and the publication of a collaborative booklet on substantive areas of law every six months. PRAC also encourages the temporary exchange of Lawyers between firms.

There are PRAC member firms in Amsterdam, Auckland, Bangkok, Bombay, Boston, Buenos Aires, Caracas, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Johannesburg, Kuala Lumpur, Los Angeles, Manila, Mexico City, New Delhi, San Diego, San Francisco, Santiago, Sao Paulo, Seoul, Singapore, Taipei, Tokyo, Toronto, Vancouver, Washington DC and Wellington.
