Indonesia

We recognise the growing importance of Indonesian development in the Asia-Pacific region, and have strong experience in working with clients and their local Indonesian lawyers on the largest and most complex transactions in the market.

Our Indonesian practice group brings together partners with a knowledge of Indonesia's vibrant culture and business environment, many having lived and worked there, and able to speak and write Indonesian.

Their legal expertise includes energy & resources, litigation and dispute resolution, major projects & infrastructure, restructuring & insolvency, cartels, project & structured finance, climate change & environmental law, corporate advisory, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property and capital markets.  This expertise, combined with a real sensitivity and understanding of the challenges and opportunities in Indonesia, allows us to give practical, commercial advice.
