2009: The Day Before Tomorrow: Future Developments in International Arbitration

About the lecture

In the 2009 International Arbitration lecture Toby Landau QC explored emerging trends and developments in international commercial and treaty arbitration, globally and regionally.

In his candid analysis the following topics were discussed:

  • where arbitration may be in years to come;
  • what steps may now be needed to safeguard its future; and
  • whether today is the day to which someone in the future is longing to return.
