Clayton Utz is a partnership structure across offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin and Perth.
Management of the partnership and its business is shared by the Partners, the Board, the Chief Executive Partner and other officeholders.
Our Board consists of the Chief Executive Partner, elected and representative directors and any external directors appointed in accordance with the Partnership Agreement. We currently have two external (independent) directors who bring to our Firm additional diversity of thought.
Clayton Utz was the first large Australian law firm to be awarded the internationally recognised ISO 27001 certification for our Information Security Management System. The firm has held this certification since 2015.
We are also a member of LS-ISAO, a community of law firms that share actionable cyber threat information, and the Australian Cyber Security Centre Partnership Program.
